I'm Chase — a competitive athlete and dedicated performance trainer with over 4 years of hands-on training experience. I've skated since age two, played competitive hockey since age six, and just completed my second year of junior hockey with multiple D3 offers before choosing Lehigh University, where I'll compete in D1 track and field.

What sets me apart is simple: I'm in the training myself. I know exactly what it takes to get to the next level because I'm living it every day. My programs are built around real athletic demands — speed, power, explosiveness, and injury prevention.
