Covid had a major impact on my life but one thing it didn’t stop is my quest for an elite level of fitness. My week starts with a healthybreakfast each morning, followed by school. At my lunch time I head to the garage which became a pretty functional gym during the pandemic. I usually start off with some cardio, I will watch a workout video and participate and then a light snack and back to class. After school I head to Sport-0-Rama 4 days a week to practice hockey with my team. On the other three days I work out with my trainer or go to the gym.
This is after my school sport which I participate in Winter Ice Hockey and Spring Track. When do I have time for school work? Usually, I complete my school work in the car or at night when I get home from hockey. I am used to a packed schedule as I spent 6 days a week in a rink practicing and competing in hockey from when I was 5 years old up until now!
When do I let loose? I still find time to engage in social-media and hang out with my friends. Although my time is limited I really enjoy my social life! I also love my family and my dog Cleo!
